By KYIV. Dec 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Emergency power outages have been applied in Odesa and Dnipropetrovsk regions, DTEK reported on Thursday morning.
"They are introduced due to the threat of missile attacks to avoid significant damage if the enemy manages to hit energy facilities. Stay in shelters and believe in air defense and the Armed Forces," DTEK said.
