By KYIV. Oct 31 (Interfax-Ukraine) – On Monday morning, Russians hit energy infrastructure facilities in Dnipro and Pavlohrad, there are serious damages, Head of regional military administration Valentyn Reznichenko said.
"There are arrivals during the morning attack on the region. The Russians hit energy infrastructure facilities in Dnipro and Pavlohrad. There are serious damage. All services are working," the Telegram channel said.
