KYIV. Nov 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Executive Committee of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) has extended the ban on the participation of Russian and Belarusian athletes in international competitions held under the organization’s auspices, the FIBA website said on Tuesday.
“The Executive Committee has extended the current status quo regarding Russia and Belarus’s participation in FIBA Competitions until the next Central Board meeting,” the website said.
