Germany hands over new batch of military aid to Ukraine – govt

KYIV. Jan 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Over the past week, Ukraine has received rocket systems, drones, tracked infantry vehicles and drone detection systems from Germany, the press service of the German government reports.

According to the published information, 20 70mm missile systems were provided on pickup trucks with missiles; two armored recovery vehicles; one tractor – M1070 Oshkos tank transporter; seven tracked and remote-controlled infantry vehicles; 63 pickups; 17 trucks 8×8; eight reconnaissance drones; 30 drone detection systems; 27 anti-drone sensors and jammers.

Also, seven vehicles for the border guard service, 12 large-capacity trailers were sent to Ukraine; as well as 21 generators, 32 mobile heating systems, one ambulance, and 36,400 woolen blankets.
