KYIV. Sept 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the attraction of another tranche of $1.25 billion from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the International Development Association (IDA) to ensure sustainable public administration in Ukraine.
As the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, said on his Telegram channel, the decision was made at a government meeting on Friday.
The decision approved the attraction of the third grant for budgetary support from the IBRD and the International Development Association (acting as the administrator of the Multi-Donor Trust Fund (MDTF) for co-financing the Public Expenditures for Administrative Capacity Endurance (PEACE) Project) under the fifth additional financing of the PEACE Project.
