KYIV. Dec 12 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The government is beginning to pay funds for major repairs of damaged residential real estate under the eRecovery program, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal has said.
“Under the eRecovery program, we are starting to pay funds for major repairs of damaged residential real estate. A maximum of UAH 350,000 for an apartment and UAH 500,000 for a private house,” Shmyhal said at a government meeting on Tuesday.
Also, according to him, the government is expanding opportunities for submitting applications to participate in eRecovery.
“Now this can be done not only through Diia, but also through administrative service centers and notaries. This will increase the number of participants in the program,” he added.
The Prime Minister said that in total, more than 26,000 families have already received money to repair their homes, and the total amount of payments under the program amounted to more than UAH 2 billion.
