By KYIV. Dec 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The explosion of grenades at a village council in Zakarpattia region, as a result of which 26 people were wounded, is qualified as illegal use of weapons and a terrorist act, the National Police of Ukraine has said.
“The investigators have qualified the case under Part 1 of Article 263 (illegal use of weapons, ammunition or explosives) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In addition, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) is submitting information and investigating the case under Part 1 of Article 258 (terrorist act) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which is subject to investigation by the SBU,” it said on the Telegram channel on Friday.
