By KHARKIV. Dec 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – For the third time in a day, Russian occupying troops launched a missile attack on Kharkiv, the press service of the regional military administration reported.
"Probably a [hit] with X-59, repeated hit in a critical infrastructure facility. An investigative and task force is working on the spot. There is no fire, the destruction is being clarified. No casualties," the press service said.
