By KHARKIV. Dec 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Russian occupation forces have carried out at least two strikes on Kharkiv, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said.
“According to preliminary estimates, there are at least two ‘arrivals’ in one of the most affected areas of Kharkiv, near residential buildings. Rescuers of the State Emergency Service are currently working at the site. Information about the victims and the destruction is being clarified,” Terekhov wrote on his Telegram channel.
