By KYIV. Jan 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Sunday congratulated Foreign Minister of North Macedonia Bujar Osmani on his assumption of the OSCE Chairmanship in 2023.
"Dear Bujar Osmani, I congratulate you on assuming the 2023 OSCE Chairpersonship. Looking forward to welcoming you in Ukraine in your new capacity, as well as working together on strengthening OSCE’s response to Russian aggression and implementing President Zelensky’s Peace formula," Kuleba said on Twitter.
