Kuleba: There will be more good news about weapons soon

KYIV. Jan 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba thanked France for the decision to transfer Bastion light tanks and armored personnel carriers to Ukraine, and also announced "more good news" regarding weapons.

"We work every day so that in 2023 Ukraine receives from the allies all the necessary weapons and everything that could not be obtained in 2022. Already the first week of 2023 brought super-news about the supply of light tanks from France following the conversation between Presidents Zelensky and Macron. We are grateful to our French friends for this decision, which brings our victory closer. This is the result of just one of the President’s eight international calls in three days," he said on Instagram on Wednesday evening.

Kuleba said many other important decisions are in the works, and promised that "more good news about weapons will be coming soon."

"The international non-stop brings concrete results to strengthen Ukraine and our army. All forces are mobilized to make 2023 a victorious year for Ukraine," the Foreign Minister said.
