By KYIV. Oct 31 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that yesterday Russia put millions of people at risk of hunger by suspending participation in the "grain deal" and today they are faking a willingness to negotiate, but no one should be fooled by this.
"The pattern of Russian behavior is so predictable: if they commit a crime in the evening, expect them to propose ‘talks’ in the morning. Yesterday they put millions of people at the risk of hunger, today they imitate readiness for negotiation. No one should get fooled by this," he said on Twitter.
