KHARKIV. Dec 19 (Interfax-Ukraine) – In Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, a DAF truck with more than 20 tonnes of humanitarian aid could not overcome an icy section of road in the city on its own, it needed the help of rescuers.
“A heavy truck stalled on the side of the road, and its semi-trailer partially blocked traffic on the roadway. It was carrying more than 20 tonnes of humanitarian cargo. In order to deliver it to its destination, rescuers had to use their all-terrain vehicle,” the press service of the State Emergency Service in Kharkiv region reports.
