Law enforcers already record over 400 crimes of Russian military in Kherson region – Shmyhal

KYIV. Nov 18 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal says that law enforcement officers have already recorded more than 400 war crimes of the Russian military in Kherson region.

"In Kherson region, police departments, fire and rescue units, units of the State Migration Service are resuming their work. Criminalists are also working, who have already recorded more than 400 war crimes of the Russian military," Shmyhal said at a government meeting on Tuesday.

According to the prime minister, the damage to the entire infrastructure of the region is also recorded.

"As of November 14, there is information about the destruction or damage to more than 3,000 residential and non-residential infrastructure facilities, including 123 facilities in Kherson. The invaders destroyed 23 healthcare institutions, 22 educational institutions, 33 bridges, and 14 railway stations in Kherson region. Gas, electricity, water and heat supply facilities have been destroyed," Shmyhal said.

The Prime Minister stressed that the authorities have already begun work on the restoration of critical infrastructure.
