Lights in European Council building switched off in solidarity with Ukrainians – Michel

KYIV. Dec 22 (Interfax-Ukraine) – President of the European Council Charles Michel said the lights were turned off in the building of the European Council as a sign of solidarity with the people of Ukraine, who faced blackouts.

"Switching off the lights in the European Council building and ‘sharing’ our light – and solidarity – with Ukrainians facing blackouts," he said on Twitter.
