Lithuania to continue military support to Ukraine in 2023, it's crucial to increase pace of support by all allies – Nausėda

KYIV. Jan 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda said that in 2023 Lithuania will continue military support to Ukraine and called on the allies to increase the pace of support.

"In 2023 Lithuania will continue its military support to Ukraine. It has to be the year when Ukraine defeats the aggressor," he said on Twitter.

Nausėda said Lithuania would send military equipment, ammunition and provide military training for Ukrainian soldiers.

"It’s crucial to increase the pace of support from all allies. Victory is close," he said.
