Mayor of Izmail reports emergency shutdown of city from electricity and water

KYIV. Nov 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Izmail, under abnormal conditions, has been disconnected from the power supply, the water supply is also disconnected, mayor of the town Andriy Abramchenko said on Facebook.

"There was an emergency shutdown of the city from the power supply. The water supply is turned off. Work is underway," he wrote.
