Dec 19 (Interfax-Ukraine) – From December 19, the Ministry of Digital Transformation launched an updated interface of the Diia application – version Diia 4.0, the release of which was scheduled for the Diia Summit, Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov said on the sidelines of Tuesday’s event.
“The Diia 4.0 interface has already been launched. We have uploaded the updated version for the Diia Summit,” he said.
According to Fedorov, a single style has been introduced for all documents and a dynamic background as an element, thanks to which you can be sure that Diia is genuine.
In the Documents section in the new version, the user’s photo is enlarged due to the efficient use of space, which is especially convenient if the smartphone has a small screen.
Instead of a separate color for each document and a rainbow, a dynamic gradient background has been introduced. The menu of the Documents section is more visible, informative and convenient for intuitive use. Higher contrast and better readability were added.
The application now has a newsfeed, thanks to which all the necessary sections will be at hand. In the newsfeed one can watch the news about Diia.
Fedorov confirmed that work is also underway to create an AI assistant at Diia. According to him, this is necessary to relieve the call center and quickly respond to all users who have questions.
“We are currently testing this product – we do not like the speed of response and the quality of answers, despite the fact that we are using the most popular “artificial intelligence” system in the world, which everyone knows. But we are not satisfied with the result yet, we continue to train AI, so I can’t announce the deadline. We thought it would happen quickly, but we cannot sacrifice the quality of services,” the minister said.
The Deputy Prime Minister also announced the launch of three new services in e-Entrepreneur, which will also be available in Diia.
The project already provides eight services: state registration of an individual entrepreneur; registration of changes in statements about an individual in the unified public register; state registration of a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base of a business entity with the requirements of legislation on fire safety issues; state registration of the capacities of food market operators; providing information about vacancies; state registration of a single tax payer; state registration of value added tax payer; opening a bank account.
