Nov 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed bills adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on extending the period of martial law and general mobilization from November 16 for 90 days, that is, until February 14, 2024, card of bills No. 10211 and No. 10212, posted on the website of the Verkhovna Rada on Thursday, read.
As reported, on November 8, the Parliament adopted legislative acts “On the approval of the Decree of the President of Ukraine ‘On the extension of martial law in Ukraine’” (No. 10211), which was supported by 329 deputies, and “On the approval of the Decree of the President of Ukraine ‘On the extension of the general mobilization period’” (No. 10212) – 322 votes.
