More than 35,000 facilities destroyed by Russian attacks on Ukraine – Enin

KYIV. Dec 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – As of Tuesday evening, some 35,000 facilities were destroyed as a result of Russian attacks on Ukraine, in particular, the occupiers hit 702 critical infrastructure facilities, First Deputy Interior Minister of Ukraine Yevhen Enin has said.

"In general, as of now, we have information about more than 35,000 objects destroyed all over Ukraine as a result of Russian attacks. Around 30,000 shelling attacks, recorded since the beginning of the invasion, hit 702 critical infrastructure facilities, in particular, gas pipelines, electricity substations, bridges, etc.," he said on air of the national telethon on Tuesday.

He noted that only over the past day, Ukrainian police received information about the shelling of 27 settlements.

"Under shelling are all the same directions – Dnipropetrovsk region, in particular the settlements of Illinka, Nikopol; Donetsk region, in particular the settlements of Avdiyivka, Velyka Novosilka, Ivanivske, Karlivka, Ostrovskoe and of course our fortress – Bakhmut, where our military continue heroically resist the enemy," Enin said.

He added that the invaders also do not stop terrorizing Zaporizhia, Sumy, Kharkiv and Kherson regions.
