By KYIV. Nov 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Independent MP Geo Leros has said that he won a case in the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court about his illegal suspension from work in the Ukrainian parliament.
“Today I won a case in the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court of Ukraine about my illegal suspension from work in the Verkhovna Rada,” Leros wrote on Facebook on Thursday.
As reported, on February 23, 2022, the Verkhovna Rada decided to suspend Leros from participating in the plenary sessions. As the MP himself explained, he was suspended from participating in the work of the parliament for criticizing head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak.
