Nine more ambulance vehicles transferred to Sumy region hospitals – local authorities

KYIV. Jan 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Another nine ambulance vehicles have been transferred to hospitals in Sumy region, Head of Sumy Regional Military Administration Dmytro Zhyvytsky said.

"Another nine new modern Type B and C ambulance vehicles have been sent to the emergency medical care service of Sumy region," he said on the Telegram channel on Tuesday.

According to the official, Type C vehicle was received under the UNITED24 program at the initiative of First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska.

Eight more modern Type B specialized sanitary vehicles Citroen Jumper were purchased from Avtospetsprom LLC within the framework of a special program funded from the national budget of Ukraine.

"We have transferred personal protective equipment for ten emergency vehicle crews and body armor for evacuation of children supplied by philanthropists," Zhyvytsky said.
