By KYIV. Jan 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Russian occupation forces shelled the center of Beryslav, Kherson region, on Monday, five people were injured, three of them are in serious condition, Head of Kherson Regional Military Administration Yaroslav Yanushevych has said.
"The Russian army has mounted a new terrorist attack on Kherson region. This morning, the Russians attacked the center of Beryslav – shelled the local market. Probably, they opened fire from a tank in temporarily occupied Kakhovka," he said on the Telegram channel.
According to Yanushevych, five people were injured.
"Three of them are in serious condition. They will be evacuated to Kherson, where doctors will provide the victims with necessary treatment," he said.
