Olena Zelenska meets with King Charles III

KYIV. Dec 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – On the second day of her visit to the UK, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska met with King Charles III of the United Kingdom, and also attended a reception with Queen Consort Camilla.

"Together with His Majesty King Charles III, The Royal Family met with the Ukrainian society at the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Cathedral, which in August, together with the Union of Ukrainians in the UK, founded a unique hub: The Ukrainian Welcome Center. Here they help to decide on accommodation, settle down, establish ties with the community, support and comfort," Zelenska said on her Facebook.

According to her, when Russia switched to energy terror tactics, it becomes clear that this winter will be the most difficult in all the years of independence. Zelenska said Ukraine receives constant support from the UK in virtually all humanitarian areas. Medical equipment, fire trucks and ambulances, restoration of infrastructure, in particular railway and energy, support for teachers – help is everywhere.
