One killed, six wounded in enemy shelling, two blown up by mines in Kharkiv region over day – Synehubov

KHARKIV. Nov 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – According to preliminary data, a night missile attack on Kharkiv was carried out by S-300s, Head of the regional military administration Oleh Synehubov has said.

"At about 23:00, the enemy attacked Kharkiv with three missiles, previously S-300 air defense systems. In Kyivsky district, one missile damaged an outbuilding and a trolleybus, the rest of the missiles hit the ground. Previously, no casualties," Synehubov said in Telegram.

In addition, over the past day, the Russian occupation troops shelled the settlements of Kupiansky, Kharkivsky and Chuhuivsky districts of the region, located near the contact line and the border, there are killed and wounded.

"According to the regional Center for Emergency Medical Assistance, an 82-year-old woman died under shelling in the city of Kupiansk over the past day. In Kupiansk district, a person was hospitalized with injuries. In Chuhuiv district, five civilians were wounded," Synehubov said.

He also said that on Wednesday two people were blown up by mines. One incident occurred near Oleksandrivka, Bohodukhivsky district of the region. A combine ran over a mine in a field, a 37-year-old combine operator was hospitalized with injuries. The second incident took place near Hrakove, Chuhuivsky district. A tractor was blown up by a mine there. The 45-year-old tractor driver died.
