KYIV. Dec 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Some 2,500 windows were broken as a result of Russia’s missile attack on Dnipro on Friday morning, the mayor of the city, Borys Filatov, has said, adding that the mayor’s office is seeking out all possibilities to clean up the aftermath of the strike as soon as possible.
“The destructions were estimated very quickly. As of 12:00, at least 2,500 windows were broken. We are using everything the city council has got in stock: film, construction materials, etc. We are involving everyone to preserve warmth in the houses as soon as possible: subcontractors, entrepreneurs, volunteers. We are dragging everything: borrowing it, without documents,” he said on Facebook on Friday.
