Oct 21 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Sybiha and Advisor to the Head of State’s Office Oleksandr Bevz, met with Head of the group of global leaders, The Elders, and former President of Ireland from 1990 to 1997, Mary Robinson, the press service of the President’s Office reported on Friday evening.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the conference United for Justice. United for Nature, dedicated to holding Russia accountable for ecocide crimes in Ukraine.
It is noted that the parties discussed further steps to implement the Ukrainian Peace Formula and preparations for the next meeting of diplomatic advisers, which will take place at the end of October.
Sybiha noted the need for collective efforts to restore a sustainable and just peace in Ukraine.
“Such peace should entail the full restoration of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. This is the only way to restore a world order based on rules,” the deputy head of the Office of the President said.
