Nov 17 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The recognition by press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov that the Russian Federation is destroying the Ukrainian critical infrastructure in order to persuade Ukraine to negotiate is evidence that Russia is acting as a terrorist state, spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleh Nikolenko said.
"The ISIS terrorists behave the same way: they kill innocent people to fulfill their demands. Russia is acting as a terrorist state. Peskov’s statement should open the eyes of some countries that still believe that Russia is seeking negotiations," Nikolenko wrote on Facebook on Thursday.
According to the spokesperson of the Ukrainian diplomatic department, Russian aggression cannot be stopped by talking. "It can only be stopped by air defense systems, tanks and MLRS," Nikolenko summed up.
