By KYIV. Nov 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – German Chancellor Olaf Scholz believes that the circumstances of the missile attack on Polish territory should be thoroughly investigated, but it is already clear that it would not have happened if Russia had not waged an aggressive war against Ukraine.
"The horrific missile attack in Poland must be thoroughly investigated. It’s good that NATO members are quickly gathering their thoughts," Scholz said on Twitter on Wednesday.
According to him, at the moment, any premature conclusions "are out of the question."
"One thing is clear: none of this would have happened without Russia’s aggressive war against Ukraine," the head of the German government said.
