By KYIV. Dec 21 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal and Mayor of Havre Edouard Philippe, who is also the leader of the Horizons Party, have discussed the restoration of Ukrainian regions with the assistance of French cities.
"Glad to welcome Edouard Philippe, Chairman of the Horizons Party and Mayor of Le Havre, in Kyiv. We discussed the restoration of Ukrainian regions with the support of French cities. I stressed the urgent needs of Ukraine’s energy system due to Russia’s terrorist attacks. Grateful to France for the support!" the prime minister said on Twitter on Wednesday morning.
