By KYIV. Dec 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Since September, the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces have shot down more than 420 Russian missiles fired at Ukraine’s critical infrastructure, as well as 430 kamikaze drones, Yuriy Ihnat, spokesman for the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said.
"October 10 was taken as the date of the first massive missile attack, as the beginning of the countdown of attacks on the energy infrastructure. But in fact, they hit the Kharkiv Thermal Power Plant on September 11 … Since that time, more than 420 missiles and 430 kamikaze drones have already been shot down by air defense, but, of course, more have attacked," Ihnat said on the air of the national telethon.
