By KYIV. Nov 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Russia is only capable of attacking residential buildings with missiles, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk believes.
"The terrorist-country! The country is a barbarian! The country is a fanatic! You don’t even need to name it, everyone knows who we are talking about! Losing on the battlefield, on the diplomatic front, all it is capable of is shelling at residential buildings," Stefanchuk wrote on Facebook on Tuesday after Russia’s massive missile attack on Ukraine on Tuesday.
