KYIV. May 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The stores of the Polish group LPP, House and Cropp, have resumed work in Kharkiv shopping and entertainment center Nikolsky, the opening of Mohito is scheduled for the end of the month, the press service of the development company Budhouse Group told Interfax-Ukraine.
“Famous international brands continue to return to Kharkiv. Thus, on April 20, the store of the German brand New Yorker resumed work in Nikolsky Mall, in May the Polish brands of the LPP group – Mohito, House and Cropp. Today we offer fairly loyal conditions for the start of tenants, because our task support the country’s economy as much as possible and give Kharkiv residents jobs,” CEO of the Budhouse Group development company Anatoliy Shkribliak said.
As reported, in March 2022, a Russian missile hit the roof of Nikolsky Mall. Direct damage from the missile hit was approximately EUR 18 million. Nikolsky’s indirect losses, including loss of capitalization, amounted to approximately $150 million in 2022.
