By KYIV. Nov 21 (Interfax-Ukraine) – On Monday evening, Russian occupiers again shelled Kherson, as a result of which there are victims in the city, said deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
"An ‘arrival’ to the apartment was recorded in Dniprovsky district of the city. There are victims," Tymoshenko wrote on Telegram.
He noted that at the moment rescuers and emergency services are working on the spot.
