Today 16% of Luxembourg defense budget allocated for military assistance to Ukraine – PM Bethel

KYIV. Dec 13 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bethel has said that today 16% of the country’s defense budget has been allocated for military assistance to Ukraine.

Today, 16% of the defense budget of Luxembourg has been allocated directly for military assistance to Ukraine. And Ukraine itself determines what needs it should cover with the help of these assets, he said at the international conference of solidarity with the people of Ukraine in Paris on Tuesday.

Bethel also emphasized that international partners should help Ukraine for as long as it needs and reaffirmed Luxembourg’s commitment to always stand with Ukraine.
