Nov 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The transfer of Western Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems, F-16 fighter jets or Leopard tanks to Ukraine would be an important act of support for Ukrainians preparing to survive the harshest winter in history, adviser to head of the President’s Office Mykhailo Podoliak has said.
“No eloquent speech will say more than concrete action. Patriot, F-16, or Leopard for Ukraine it’s not only about air defense or a tank, but also an important support act for people preparing to survive their harshest winter and paying the highest price for Europe’s security,” Podoliak said on Twitter
Earlier, Poland appealed to Germany with a request to transfer to Ukraine the advanced anti-aircraft missile systems of American production Patriot intended for the Polish side.
