By KYIV. Nov 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The British Ministry of Defense has confirmed the provision of high-precision Brimstone missiles to the Ukrainian army, the press service of the Ministry of Defense said on Twitter.
"As part of its aid package, the UK has provided Brimstone 2 missiles, a precision-guided missile, to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.," according to the statement.
As noted, this aid has played a crucial role in stalling Russian advancements.
On November 22, The Telegraph said Britain sent Ukraine an improved model of the Brimstone laser-guided missile, which has a range twice as long as the previous version, delivered about six months ago.
