Ukraine, Belgium's PMs discuss use of frozen Russian assets for future recovery

KYIV. Nov 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal met with Prime Minister of Belgium Alexander De Croo in Kyiv.

"During the meeting, we discussed the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine, the use of frozen Russian assets for future recovery and the issue of condemning Russia’s crimes through the creation of a Special International Tribunal. We also touched on the initiative of President Volodymyr Zelensky Grain From Ukraine. Thanks to Belgium for joining the program," Shmyhal wrote in his Telegram channel.

He also thanked De Croo for the important and symbolic visit, as well as the entire Belgian people for their comprehensive assistance to Ukraine.

In turn, De Croo assured that Belgium will help Ukraine with equipment and demining, and will also advocate for the demilitarization of the ZNPP.
