By KYIV. Dec 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – On the night of December 29-30, Russian invaders attacked Ukraine with Iranian-made Shahed-131/136 kamikaze drones, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) reports.
"A total of 16 drones were fired, flying from the south-east and north directions. To overcome Ukraine’s air defense system, the enemy tried to use the channel of the Dnipro River. All 16 kamikaze drones were destroyed by the forces and means of the Skhid and Center air commands, and as well as air defense units of other components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine," the Facebook post reads.
