KYIV. Dec 19 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Support for military aid to Ukraine has grown in the United States, according to a new FOX News poll on what role the United States should play in the wars in Ukraine and Israel.
So, as for Ukraine, 31% of respondents believe that the United States should be doing more to help in their war with Russia and 30% say the U.S. should be doing less. Some 35% percent believe the current level of support is right.
The poll indicates that since November, there has been a ten-point surge in those thinking the U.S. should be doing more to help President Zelenskyy’s country. Both Democrats (13 more) and Republicans (seven more) are more likely to think there should be additional help for Ukraine.
When it comes to Israel, 30% say the U.S. supports it too much, while 27% say it doesn’t support it enough. The largest number, 38%, believe that U.S. support is quite correct. Since November, the number of those who say the United States is not providing enough support has increased by six points.
Overall, a majority of 61% supports Israel, but that’s down from 66% in November and 68% in October at the start of the war.
