KYIV. Sept 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak has held a phone conversation with U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, the presidential press service said.
“The Head of the Office of the President informed about the creation of the working groups for the development of proposals on the implementation of each of the ten items of the Peace Formula,” it said.
Yermak also informed his interlocutor about the current situation on the battle field, successful advancement of the defense forces on some sections of the front line, and voiced the needs of the Ukrainian army for further liberation of Ukraine’s territory from the Russian occupiers.
He also stressed the importance of further work on the conclusion of bilateral agreements on security guarantees for Ukraine within the framework of the G7 Joint Declaration of Support for Ukraine.
