By KYIV. Dec 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The recognition by the European Parliament of the Holodomor of 1932-1933 as the genocide of the Ukrainian people is a historical justice, said head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak.
"The European Parliament voted to recognize the Holodomor of 1932-1933 as the genocide of the Ukrainian people. Historical justice. The author of the genocide will forever receive a stigma for the events, as well as for today’s crimes," Yermak wrote on Telegram.
According to him, "future generations of Russians will be perceived through the prism of these crimes, and their children and grandchildren will be in disgrace for many years in the civilized world."
