Zaluzhny, Shaptala agree on further steps with commanders of Tavria brigades

KYIV. Sept 19 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Serhiy Shaptala, together with the brigade commanders of the operational-strategic group Tavria agreed on the sequence of steps taking into account changes in the operational situation at the front.

“Operational-strategic grouping of the Tavria operational-strategic grouping of troops. Together with the Chief of the General Staff, we conducted joint work with the commanders and brigade commanders of the operational-strategic grouping. We discussed and agreed on the sequence of our steps, taking into account changes in the operational situation at the front, enemy activity and all possible threats,” Zaluzhny wrote on the Telegram channel on Tuesday.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stressed that “despite the fierce resistance of the enemy, our defenders tirelessly and resolutely continue to conduct offensive actions to liberate Ukrainian territory.”
