KYIV. Nov 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on Saturday, November 5, he said in a video statement on Saturday.
"Today I held a regular meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief – a long one, three hours. We analyzed in great detail the situation at the forefront, in all directions, on the energy front, the situation at the borders. We know what the enemy is preparing for. We will respond and continue to liberate our land," he said.
He also said "we analyzed in great detail everything related to supplies to the Defense Forces: these are equipment, ammunition, communications, winter things."
"We separately considered countering missile and drone terror – there are already quite significant results in this, the percentage of damage has become less, but there is still work to be done. We must ensure full protection of the Ukrainian skies and we will continue to do everything possible and impossible for this," Zelensky said, adding: "In the coming weeks, we expect good news on air defense and missile defense for Ukraine."
