By KYIV. Dec 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky thanked the German parliament for recognizing the Holodomor of the 1930s as a genocide of the Ukrainian people.
"Germany recognized the Holodomor of 1932-1933 as genocide. I thank the deputies of the Bundestag for this historic decision. The truth always wins," Zelensky said on Twitter on Wednesday.
