KYIV. Dec 13 (Interfax-Ukraine) – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in Oslo (Norway) on Wednesday, December 13 to participate in the second Ukraine-Northern Europe summit.
“Together with the leaders of Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Finland and Sweden, we will talk about strengthening defense, political and economic cooperation, and about our common future in Europe. Our goal is security, just and lasting peace on the continent,” Zelenskyy wrote on the Telegram channel.
In addition, the President is scheduled to hold bilateral talks with the summit participants.
“I will meet with His Majesty King Harald V, visit the Storting, and talk with Norwegian politicians and entrepreneurs. I will personally thank Norway for all the very timely and principled support it has provided to Ukraine since the beginning of the full–scale invasion,” Zelenskyy wrote.
