Zelenskyy holds Supreme Commander HQ meeting to consider overall operational situation, correct weapons, ammo supply schedule

KYIV. May 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who has returned to Kyiv after his foreign trips, held a meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.

“The first thing to do after comeback to Kyiv is the Supreme Commander HQ meeting. I listened to reports by the commanders of the united strategic group of forces on the course of hostilities on their sections of the front. We considered the overall operational situation and intelligence data,” the head of state said on the Telegram channel on Tuesday.

The president also said that the schedule of weapons and ammunition supplies and distribution among the combat units and reserves was corrected at the meeting. Also, the participants of the meeting familiarized themselves with the results of checking the combat readiness of newly created brigades.
