By KYIV. June 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasizes that all services are working to minimize the consequences of a new terrorist act by the Russian Federation – the blowing up of the dam of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant (HPP).
“All services are working. I have convened the National Security and Defense Council. Please distribute only official and verified information,” Zelenskyy wrote on the Telegram channel.
“Russian terrorists, by destroying the dam of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant, only confirm to the whole world that they need to be expelled from every corner of the Ukrainian land. Not a single meter should be left to them, because they use every meter for terror. Only the victory of Ukraine will return security. And this victory will be. Terrorists will not be able to stop Ukraine with water, missiles, or anything else,” the president stressed.
