The ministry added that 17 Armenian attacks on Azerbaijani army positions were observed in other areas, where mortars and small arms of various calibers were used.

“There are no casualties among personnel of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces,” the ministry said.

The Armenian Defense Ministry said, for its part, that two Armenian servicemen were injured in an Azerbaijani drone attack on Friday morning. “The Azerbaijani Armed Forces breached the ceasefire in the Sotk area at 10 a.m. on May 12 by using an unmanned aerial vehicle.
