Mayak manufacturer of household boilers to pay UAH 2,896 of dividends per share until Nov

KYIV. May 8 (Interfax-Ukraine) – JSC Mayak Plant (Zmiyiv, Kharkiv region), the manufacturer of central heating boilers, from May 25 to October 25 of this year will pay dividends to shareholders for 2022 in the amount of UAH 2,896 per share with a par value of UAH 1,000.

According to the company’s announcement in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, this decision was made by the shareholders on April 25.

According to the company, it ended 2022 with a net profit of UAH 12.16 million, while a year earlier it was UAH 460,000. Only UAH 608,160 was allocated for the payment of dividends.

The charter capital of Mayak Plant is UAH 210,000, it is divided into 210 shares. Net profit per ordinary share in 2022 amounted to UAH 57,910.

According to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, for the fourth quarter of 2022, some 52.381% of the plant’s shares belonged to its director Oleksiy Mushtay, while Tetiana Samusenko and Zoya Harahata own equal stakes of 14.2857%.

According to information on the company’s website, it was founded in 1991 and is one of the leading domestic manufacturers of household heating equipment (solid fuel, gas, electric boilers, radiators) designed to supply heat to individual houses, apartments, and industrial facilities.

The plant has 30 regional offices in Ukraine.

According to the Opendatabot resource, in 2022 the company’s net income increased by 27.2% compared to the previous year, to UAH 91.22 million.
